Migraine specialist

For many women living with migraine, the journey can feel unpredictable, frustrating and overwhelming.

Conflicting advice and temporary solutions often leave women feeling confused and no closer to understanding what may be contributing to their symptoms.

TRINUO was created to offer a different approach.

Rather than searching for a single solution, we believe in looking at the bigger picture — recognising the relationship between the nervous system, lifestyle, movement, nutrition, hormones and everyday habits.

At the heart of TRINUO are three simple principles: Identify, Stabilise and Support.

Together, these principles provide a structured framework designed to help women recognise patterns, make informed decisions and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.

Our mission is simple: to empower women with the knowledge, tools and confidence to take an active role in understanding and supporting their wellbeing.

Through education, practical guidance and a clear step-by-step system, we aim to transform complex information into practical strategies that fit real life.

Because understanding your body should not feel complicated.

It should feel empowering.

Welcome to TRINUO.

Meet Monika

For years, migraines shaped my life.

Like many women, I experienced the uncertainty, exhaustion and disruption they can bring to everyday life — the cancelled plans, the missed opportunities and the constant search for answers.

I spent years learning, researching, exploring different approaches, and trying to understand why migraines occur and why they affect people so differently.

What I discovered was that there is rarely a single answer.

Migraines are often influenced by a combination of factors including the nervous system, lifestyle, stress, sleep, hormones, movement, nutrition and individual triggers. The challenge is understanding how these pieces fit together.

This realisation became the foundation of my own journey and ultimately the inspiration behind TRINUO.

Today, my mission is to help women better understand their migraines through education, practical guidance and a structured approach that focuses on the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I believe knowledge creates confidence. When women understand their bodies, recognise their patterns, and have the right tools available to them, they can make informed decisions and  take a more active role in supporting their wellbeing.

TRINUO was created to provide the clarity, structure, and support that I spent years searching for myself.
